SSC GD Physical Standard Test is qualifying in nature, necessary physical standards, including height, weight, and chest measurements. The SSC GD PST 2024 differs for male and female candidates. Here we provided a detailed explanation of all the physical standard tests.

SSC GD Height Standards

To qualify SSC GD Constable exam, candidates must meet the prescribed height standards. I

SSC GD PST Chest 

As per the official notification, there are no chest specifications or criteria for female candidates. However, male candidates must meet the SSC GD PST chest requirement to advance further in the recruitment process.

SSC GD PET 2024

Once the PST test is completed, the commission will administer the SSC GD Physical Endurance TEST 2024. It differs for male and female candidates. Below, we have mentioned the SSC GD Physical Test details, outlining the various activities candidates must undertake to proceed to the subsequent stage.

1 SSC GD Physical Running Time for Male Candidates is 5 km in 24 minutes.

2 SSC GD Physical Running Time for Female Candidates is 1.6 km in 8.5 minutes.
